Where Champions come to Play!
John Wrona is no stranger to traveling to his soccer games. At one point, the freshman from Minot, N.D. had to drive four hours to South Dakota just to play competitively because of the lack of participation surrounding him. Wrona won’t have to worry about participation issues anymore, as he will travel once again this summer to Zanesville, Ohio, where he will compete at a professional level in the MPSL.

Only a bit more than a month ago, the South Dakota United Legacy U-16 girls were mourning a failed attempt for a third straight state club championship. They had lost one of their matches during the State Cup qualification tournament and were left outside looking in.
But talk immediately surfaced about the Region II President’s Cup tournament – a tournament that was originally designed to allow teams that did not compete in the Region II Championships level to have a tournament.
